feeling lighter on my feet, always a good feeling to feel lighter.. dropped my daily cal intake , qfter being morbidly sick, i realized that for three days, i went on a liquid fast qithout realizing it.. well not to sound facetious but it worked wonders being sick. literally only took in 200 cal the first day of bei g soooo sick nd 550 the next.. it just gave me q clear picture , basically drop my daily cal intake. it is working better. well thanks for stopping by, have a good day, everyday is a good day..
