(reweigh after a coffee etc 😉 was 284) PM weigh in. Fasting break although about 8hrs in after cream in coffee. 5 hrs sleep. Hopefully higher carb and gym tomorrow.. 💪🏻
282.6 lb Lost so far: 43.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
