Ha ha . Been walking everyday with Teddy Bear. Actually got him in a good routine now . We walk in the morning then he can rest up in the afternoon .
Still not moving any weight but that will come later . Trying to do at least 5000 steps a day . That will be 35000 each week . Better than sitting there doing nothing . Still have to be careful, that slipped disc lower down plays make up big time .
At least there is a little exercise .

Hello callmesuzie,the only bad exercise is the one that didn’t happen.The fact that you have slipped disc and you still trying is amazing.well done💪

Thank you . I had surgery 18 years ago , for 2 slipped discs . Now one has slipped lower down . Got to keep trying else I will stop all together . Anyway it has taken me all my time to get my dog outside walking everyday.
