June 7-July 7th Diet:

B: 2 eggs, 2 egg whites; 1 slice of flaxseed bread, 2 tsp fats

(4 hours)

L: 5-6 oz protein, unlimited green veg, 4oz sweet potato, 2 tsp fat

(3 hours)

S: 1 oz cheese or 8oz greek yogurt

(3 hours)

D: 5-6oz protein, unlimited green veg, 2 tsp fat

S: 1 oz cheese or 8oz greek yogurt

This is all projected so we will see how it turns out in practice.
