Well, I'm back to battling the bulge with some level of seriousness. Dammit, going to be out of the land of parkas and sin hiding sweaters soon and I've got to see my boyfriend. My battle seems to have been a losing one. Too many bad snacks, too many visitors and not enough exercise.

That said I've exercised nearly every day the last week and I did 15 minute abs workout - which actually was good, even if it didn't say much for the current state of my abs.

So, I have a week until I go home and hopefully it'll be a healthful week. I'm trying to clear out my fridge for the summer, but the good news is that it mostly has healthy stuff. My goal is to be in the low 140s by the end of June or at least regardless of what I weigh look a lot less squishy about the middle. I'm looking forward to biking and swimming and aerobics classes.

Its time to dewinter this body (so at the very least I can fit back into my clothes..)
