WTF?
What happened?

OH: butter, Christmas cookies, wine, whiskey, bread, pancakes, biscuits, cheese, ice cream, cookies. Did I say cookies?

UGH.

and HAM. (gonna claim some water retention.)

and NO TRACKING.

Back at the gym.

Determined. Disgusted, but determined. And disappointed. I thought that maybe I had discovered and built new HABITS but they all absolutely flew out the window at the strike of Christmas.

What is the matter with me?

Going to do daily weigh ins and be accountable with tracking
148.2 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
