I changed in my workout this am. I did the elliptical first then rowed. wow..what a difference that made. I was so much more tired. I'll probably start swapping out like this from now on
257.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
