I have got to pull it together. I've been eating like a pig for the past four days. I'm bloated and I feel like garbage. I need to stop eating like this. I've come too far to gain it all.back
122.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2950 kcal Fat: 152.02g | Prot: 115.46g | Carb: 291.72g.   Breakfast: Nut-Rition Peanut Butter Energy Mix Cinnamon Raisin Granola, Raspberry Preserves, Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits. Lunch: Sausage & Cheddar Omelet. Dinner: Chocolate Fudge Covered Sandwich Cookies, Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Rotini, Brat and Sausage Rolls, Broccoli, pollo in potacchio. Snacks/Other: Pumpkin Pie, Milk Chocolate with Almonds, Glazed Munchkin, Jelly Filled Munchkin, Chocolate Frosted Donut, Personals Turtle Sundae. more...
