I am finding it hard to stick with a diet at this point. I seem to be hovering around the 150, which I should be happy with. That was my original goal--to get to this point and then just maintain for here on.But as a look at myself I see that I could lose more. That is when I decided that another 15 lbs might do the trick for me! That is why I started with Curves. Maybe all that I need is to get more into shape and that can make me feel better about my body.
I just wish that I exercised more during my weight loss. 60lbs with no exercise does not make it pretty without clothes. Thankfully I am not a nudest!

Exercise is the key to long term weight loss, for sure! Thanks for adding me as a buddy - I don't log on too much these days, but since I have hit my first plateau, I am looking for a little more motivation and support. Those are tough times! Keep it up and congrats for getting to where you are now!

We started almost the exact same weight and have reached almost the exact same point! I definitely recommended trying to start doing as much exercise as possible. I also left it quite late on to start exercising regularly, and wish I'd started sooner! Try to schedule in something every day, even if it's only 20 minutes worth. I've found that setting up a weekly schedule really helps me stay focused, and if I miss the odd session, I'll still have exercised 5-6 days that week, which is still OK! Good luck getting the scales to start shifting again!

Thanks, that is really what I try to do, but there are just sometimes that there needs a few more hours in the day!
