Gained a couple of pounds over Christmas and New Years, but have managed to get them back off again. So all in all maintenance is still going well. Spent lots of time with family over the holidays. The oldest granddaughter who lives in Phoenix will be home next week. So looking forward to seeing her again. Haven't seen her since last June. Hope everyone is doing well, and may 2019 be kind to you and yours.
