Fishingwidow's Journal, 03 January 2019

Welcome 2019. Last year I lost 20 lbs. A slow loss but the first time in 20 years I was under 200. I seemed to have gained more over Thanksgiving than Christmas and I have lost it. I am an old fart, in my 7Os, but want to be as healthy as possible. Plus I have menieres disease and get light headed at times and don't hear well out of one ear sometimes. Dr. says no CHOCOLATE, no caffene, watch the salt intake. So I am looking at my candy dish full of chocolate candy 🍬. Think will give it to the neighbor kids. So my goal for the New Year will be to stay on track and lose another 15 to 20 lbs. ,FS has been a help for me, logging my food and your journal entries. Gives me my inspiration.

193.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

so glad for you,fishing widow, i have not been doing so well, am feeling tired a lot, and no energy, feeling sad today, finding it hard to get my housework done. but I will keep trying,

Fishingwidow I have Meniere's too! I am trying really hard to do better with my sodium intake. I have completely quit caffeine and it has definitely helped.
