Due to helping my daughter move for several days I ate out almost every meal because I didn't have time to cook or was too tired to do so. She's all moved in so starting now things should look up. I'll get back on track thank goodness.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
