Not a good day for my diet yesterday. Two words.....Pizza Hut. On a more positive note, I did lose 3 pounds my first week. I am looking forward to a new year with a healthier outlook. I will not beat myself up over yesterday, but look to making better decisions today. I see the doctor later this month, and hope to be at least 5 pounds down from my last weigh in. I am doing better with my overall caloric intake, I just haven't been able to give up my nightly sugary snack. That is my next goal, along with adding walking and toning exercises to my routine. I can do this one day at a time!!!
