Today 7 October I weigh 2lbs less than when I started the EAT TO LIVE diet so I now weigh 10st 12 - my starting weight was 11stone. So far it works - but I am nibbling nuts&raisins in the evening - not a good thing. Today Sunday we normally have roast but today were having pasta lenticchie - a few strips of good quality pasta cooked in a lentil&cherry tomato sauce - I added a few bacon pieces for flavour but wont eat them. Theres lots of grapes on the vines and caci on the trees so am having them for dessert - not apple crumble and cream!
