Was a bit worried with that 3000 kcal day! I’m still eating small portions and better foods at home. Even trying to eat less than usual to compensate for family meals. Family meals are just my best guess and for once I’m not stressing over not being able to weigh and measure! My planned end of the year cheat ends Tuesday at bedtime 😭. That’ll be another 3000 kcal day! Not looking forward to less food again but I AM looking forward to healthier foods. So much fat and grease and my stomach isn’t liking it. It’s like I’ve eaten a brick when I eat ‘junk’.
