Up 1.8lbs from last week... but considering it's been Christmas and I ate pretty much what I wanted I'm very pleased there's not too much damage! I'm also only 2.2lbs up from 1 December playing up/down with the same couple of pounds. So in the grand scheme of things, I don't think that's too bad really considering I've done lots of eating out for Christmas meals etc. Just glad I've stayed accountable as it's been worth it and ensured that I haven't gone completely off the rails! 🙄😌
So here's to 2019, a new year a new start... onwards and downwards. Going on a cruise the end of April 2019 to the Norwegian fjords... so it's now an incentive to up my game and keep working at this.
