Another 1.2lb down and it's great to see each lb lost slowing tot up cumulatively. Certainly helps to motivate me to keep going. 😎
Full of cold at the moment and it's been a yucky rainy weekend so far and not forecast to improve much, so don't think I'm going to be up to much.🤧💨☔ Would love to get out for a walk on Dartmoor, but don't think there's much chance of that happening at the moment.
