Drinking Herbalife protein powder mixed with the meal powder and sometimes putting frozen strawberries and blueberries in it for meals (breakfast and lunch). Eating a Jenny Craig meal once a day. This week I will have more JC meals and less Herbalife. Christmas day I will have some of my husband's homemade lasagna!
135.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
