I tried Dr Fuhrman's recipe for stir fry. Not a fan. Blech! I'm having his chili (leftovers) for lunch and perhaps fish for dinner? Or maybe I'll make the black bean burritos again. I found myself wanting more food in between meals - a no no on this 6 week plan. Maybe because dinner was so gross? all my snack were acceptable foods - but still.

I just found out that I have TWO Thanksgiving dinners this weekend. The first is will my mother. Which means I'll have to explain why I'm not eating animal products. And this is how the conversation will go -

Mother - "How much have you lost?"

Me - "30 lbs."

Mother - "It doesn't show."

Me - *flings sweet potato at mother's forehead*

Ugh!

Can't stop laughing! Mine would bake a new cake every day and insist I have just one piece, then commend me for not agreeing.
