Things are going fine, but i'm getting tired of eggs and meat. This is how I get after awhile on no/low carb. I'm thinking of changing yet again - i have this cooking light cookbook that has this amazing recipe for a basil tomato tart that i would love for breakfast. i'll just do the 1200 cal per day, a gallon per day, and the usual exercise of 30 minutes per day. just keep on keepin on... also some lentil stew - yep - it has carbs, but is super healthy, which is why i'm switching the diet plan to include healthy carbs. that of course means i will have to lay off the heavy whipping cream. heh heh.
