Things are going fine, but i'm getting tired of eggs and meat. This is how I get after awhile on no/low carb. I'm thinking of changing yet again - i have this cooking light cookbook that has this amazing recipe for a basil tomato tart that i would love for breakfast. i'll just do the 1200 cal per day, a gallon per day, and the usual exercise of 30 minutes per day. just keep on keepin on...
also some lentil stew - yep - it has carbs, but is super healthy, which is why i'm switching the diet plan to include healthy carbs. that of course means i will have to lay off the heavy whipping cream. heh heh.

Don't blame you for quittibg low carb..few people canb really stick with it in the long run. Just be prepared to gain weight back at first! It is mostly water weight. When I quit low carb I ganed 10 pounds over 4 days.

I think working in some of the healthy carbs is a better idea that "going off" of it. One of my best friends has been on Atkins for about 10 years now, but she eats a baked potato once in awhile and eats lots of whole wheat pasta and whole wheat crusts on homemade pizza. Good luck on whatever you decide.

Sometimes we need to experiment. I do know people who do Atkins for life and include some healthy carbs into their plan. It isn't about no carbs, but no more than your body can handle carbs. That is the key.
