Starting to feel great. I did some jogging/walking yesterday and started a workout video yesterday. I did 20 minutes of core workout and then i did 20 minutes of total body. Totally feeling it in my back thighs and a little in my upper ab area... I want to feel it in the lower ab b/c that the main goal, the muffin top. Hopefully I will start seeing results in a week or two. :)I love my new diet too. I use to be a person that eats out all the time but I new if I wanted to see some results I needed to change the way I ate. Now I have a steady diet of the same meals everyday. there may be a what some people call a cheat day b/c with my reception coming up there are a lot of weekends where i cannot direct where the day will go.
