Not feeling great.
Having IBD, celiac, crohns, food allergies and seasonal allergies I am miserable today it’s cold and windy and I’m exhausted. I really badly want to be out enjoying the sunshine with my family. They’re picking oranges and having fun with the dogs... 😔 but I’m in bed aching all over and too lazy to even make a hot cup of tea... I usually brew and enjoy extremely high quality loose leaf teas when I am feeling icky or down but I found a tea bag and shoved it in a water bottle... 😩 I didn’t weigh in today
On a positive note... I took the girls to their wrestling class this morning, they are still the only girls enrolled. My girls did amazing, SO PROUD, I love to see them learning how to kick @$$!!!
