I woke up pretty sore from my bike ride the other day and my ab jam. I think I'll take it easy today with some yoga. Try to stretch everything out.Darn they brought pizza for lunch. I took a piece. At least it was thin crust. Food is really the hardest part of dieting for me. Exercise isn't the problem.

Yoga does do the body good...enjoy your stretch. You can counter act that pizza with water, veggies, fruit.... I am not sure I can imagine a life with out pizza...Yummmmm. You did great with one peice- it could have been worse;)
