Coming up on a 3 day weekend. I have a donut scheduled for tomorrow on the return trip from Prince George (day trip, Christmas, yada yada.) Sunday is 24 hour fast, or if I feel enthusiastic at the end of it, I'll do a 40 hour.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
