Fat Secret is awesome! I love how the diet calendar works because it's so easy to keep track of my daily net carbs. I found out I'm not getting enough calories and my carbs were low on some days. I joined some groups and a challenge too. Seems like a great website and community. So far the Atkins Diet is going good, is working for me, and is something I can stick with. I'm so glad I decided to do it.
