I'm up by a little over 2 lbs. according to the scale at the medical center. They went easy on me, easier than I went on myself. I did lose another 0.8 lbs from yesterday, though. Working that water weight off, little by little. I need to DRINK MORE WATER. Even though I did pretty well on the all protein plan yesterday, it was mostly packaged, processed stuff which is higher in carbs and sodium so, I definitely have homework to do today. Plus, I missed my workout yesterday so come heck or high water I gotta get in there today. I can and I will break through this slump!
Today I am thankful for the extra sleep I got last night. I am thankful that the evening meeting I had for work tonight got cancelled. I am thankful for great role models here on FS that inspire me to butt kick my way back on track.
