My 300 calorie Red Lobster meal! Allowed me to have plenty of appetizers and even a sundae split 3 ways. Hadn’t been to RL for over a decade and rather than fill up immediately on cheddar bay biscuits, I had a salad and then some lobster artichoke dip.
