After reading and researching the past month on Keto vs Atkins I decided to start Atkins WOE for one month. Then I'll take notice of not only weight loss but how I feel. So many testimonials speak of the anti inflammatory benefits of low carb eating. Would be wonderful if some of this joint stiffness left along with the weight :)

I love the Atkins WOE. But not the recent ones. Always done the one from 2002 (in the New Diet Revolution). It is practically Keto. The Keto people always differentiate themselves by saying that Atkins was this or that but in reality Atkins was high fat, moderate protein and 20 carb Good luck

I have The New Atkins for a New You 2010 book, how does it differ from 2002? Maybe less carbs? Might have to look for the 2002 book and go with that as I have heard others say they also prefer 2002. Thanks!
