Hi FS, I am Bud's Human and I am an addict.

This past week of celebrating food has been tough. I tried to avoid breads and sugars by eating sugar free cakes and pies and not indulging in the dressing - - - too much. The result is that I gained over 3 pounds - YIKES! I am sure this next month of cookies and treats will be equally difficult. Just thinking about it puts pounds on me - cookies, pies, and cookies and pies and cookies.....Oh my!!
134.8 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

Read the labels on what you eat … Learn what those chemicals are and what they do to your body.... Once you figure out how much poison you are tricked into eating... You will curtail it on your own.

Thanks you are so right. I have been doing that since May and it has changed my eating. However, most of the "stuff" I have been eating this past week is of the homemade variety. Just need to stay with the items I make since I know what goes into those.

maybe plan out next month a bit so that you do not go overboard too often. At least that is what i am thinking of doing and yeah once I get that taste my brain makes all kind of very good excuses of why I should eat more sweets

holiday foods r so hard. I'm really glad I'm responsible for cooking everything lol. I make diet friendly dishes as well lol. Thursday I went over my calorie count. stayed under 1800 though. found out if u make sugar free cherry pie, and only eat the filling it's really low calorie. Thank god! I can give up pecan pie. But never my razzelberry, or cherry lol.
