Today i did pretty well with my diet and had a hard aerobics class, andro our instructor always works us hard.
Im hoping to put in more exercise and get use to cutting out these stupid carbs.lol.I didnt even know that my cup of sugarless COCOA this morning had so much damn carbs!
Im sure if i continue through this weekend I will see some results on the scale.IF NOT IM CONVINCED SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY METABOLISM AND CHEMICALS IN MY BODY AND IM GOIN TO THE DOCTOR........but im sure this wont happen......Lord help me through this weekend n give my the willpower.lol
