Only bounced up 1.4 lbs after planned refeed. Will be gone after gym tomorrow am. Going back to these 2x per week with 5 lower carb days. 350C 50F 250P

Can you explain "2x per week with 5 lower carb days. 350C 50F 250P"?

Carb cycling, the other 5 days I will do around 100-125C, 115F, & 250P. It's what I started doing earlier this year. Just kinda got away from me and was more calorie cycling getting too much fat on high carb days, and in turn, calories. The high carb days will be around 2800 cal, 2600 for low carb days. I'll be averaging around 2700 cal. Make sense? I'm bad at explaining...
