Starting over. I will weigh in tomorrow and make it offical. I am at a loss w/o out my phone app and I had hubby's bday weekend also. I ate and ate and ate! I didn't count a THING! :-( This is the first time since March that I did not count.

BUT, new promises start today and they go to Xmas vacation. Just as strict as the ones I started with in March. I obviously am lacking the will power to do the right thing without promises. I gained about 4 pounds as of yesterday. :-( But I am more then capable of gaining 10 in a weekend. So, I will call that a win!

It's a journey isn't it? I have had a down phase with exercise this last two weeks - we can work together to get that mojo going!

None of us make this journey without many backtracks and restarts. The important thing is to always have one more restart than backtrack! Good job recommitting :)

We all have our ups, downs, and flatlines, but as long as you keep going you will win this battle. This is definitely not easy, if it was none of us would have gained weight in the first place. Good luck!!

I have had a lot of ups and downs lately, and feel like too often my dieting isnt getting to my next low, but simply undoing the damage from the last weekend. Wishing you willpower!

it's all part of life's lessons. sometimes you need to fall off the wagon to enjoy the ride when you get back on. You can do this and you know you can..
