My worst danger time is when my dogs wake me up during the night to go outside (they're old). It's the only time I CRAVE sugar/carbs. I've found that looking at people's before & after weight loss pics (on google or pinterest) keeps me from binging while I fall back asleep. Thought I'd share 😊
