Hi everyone......I have been missing in action for awile and not following my diet! YIKES...I have only managed to gain 2 lbs and I have tried to be mindful of what I put into my mouth. I am considering trying extreme fat smash. Does anyone have advice about that. I am going to set a date to start again because this weekend I am having company and I know I am going to break all of the rule. Why does this have to be a daily challenge? I wish we could just be the size we wanted to be......totally unrealisic I know but wishful thinking. I hope you are all doing well. I love getting inspiration from reading your post. i know how you feel!! go on extreme fat smash its great ive even sneaked in a few bites of my cheetos which i cant live without and what i think made my weight go up back then... just follow the exercise well and keep yourself busy at home anything counts!! good luck YOU know, we all know YOU CAN DO IT!
