I am 36 years old, happily married to a wonderful firefighter/paramedic and have two terrific daughters Jordan 7 and Taylor 4. We live in Arizona and are quit happy here. I have never been a big person but slowly over the years I have let the pounds creep up. My start weight for this diet was 155 My HIGHEST ever!! I would be happy to get down to 130. I realize I am not 20 anymore so I am not expecting to get back to into that kind of shape but I would like to be comfortable in a bikini. I have stuck to this diet better than I have any other ever. I am trying to accecpt it as a lifestyle change and just embrass the healthly habits and resist overeating and bad choices. I think this diet is very healthy and can be done for the long haul. Sorry I think crackers are out. No white flour, sugar, processed or refined foods. You can do it......I gets easier as the days go by. Get creative, stir fry lots of differnt veggies and eat lots of variety. There are alot of people who post examples of what they are eating on this site so you can check out what they are eating. Try to just eat fresh....think about healthy choices. Good can do it!!!

Aw...I want a buddy!
HI there...I have been on fat smash for a couple of weeks and I would love to have a buddy also. I really like the diet and have done really well on the diet portion but have not been doing as much exercise as I am supposed to. I have had some slips here and there also... weekend are hardest for me because we are very social with our group of friends and that makes it challenging to make the right choices. I have lost 5lbs so far and would like to lose 15 least. I have never been really heavy with after my two children I have slowly let my weight creep up...time to take it off. I dont mind the food at all. I actually love fruits and veggies and I am trying to focus on portion size and avioding the wrong kind of foods. How about you? I would love to hear your story.
