I feel back on track but VERY TIRED. Have a bit of sore throat too. Usually this time of year It is allergies. I will take my own advice and plug along. Stepson is meeting me at 2PM to make sure I go to the gym. He goes EVERYDAY. Sipping on cranberry water and took half of my vitamins this morning-the half that does not make me feel sick. It is foggy here so i feel blah but working on my "inner" weather. I predict clear skies!

Hey guys! So went to the gym and worked out more than I planned. I like when that happens. Have not exercised yet today. Have my gym clothes on, so that is a start. Sara-how's the weather?

allergies and sore throats can sure make you feel "blah". actually they say excercise can lift your spirits and make you feel better. Its great when you work out more than you planned and not even realize it, good job!
