For some reason I want to eat today, no reason I think. So ill do a nice Big tuna salad for lunch with plenty Water. Its time I get off this 193 with the yoyo ounce gain ounce lost and head on to 180ville. I hurt me when I sit at this weight too long. I can remember when I said "if I can get under 200, ill be happy to maintain there". Well Ive changed and Im not happy here. Time to move on.
