back home again after a summer with the boy and parents, who act all concerned and make sure i'm a wee fat chubber. i'm so glad. yesterday i had 48 cals and i feel better already. today i scoffed down 233 (i don't think my bodys used to it yet, i had the shakes this morning hence the need for a few carbs (rice cake) and protein (almond milk)). it's still within my safe zone though. surprisingly the scales haven't shifted too much after my summer of over-eating (only 2lbs), but i recon they must be a bit innacurate because i definitely look a lot bigger. hey, at least i'm back to eating well.
