Finally got soooooo mad today with always being put down and discouraged. I was gonna cause myself more trouble if I had left and went to the gym.Instead I made up a 20 min weight workout. Did 2 sets of 5 exercises. I know that's not much but I normally go way overboard when going back and end up regretting it. I suppose I need to start somewhere. I locked myself in my bedroom and went to town.

That's my husband... I'm used to it...he drinks...a lot!
Today I think I'll do the same but change body parts of course.
No meat in the house... what to do? I have some frozen left over beans from beans and corn bread from a month back. That and eggs will get me through. 🤔
