Striking out yesterday and again today with bad food choices. It's not that I'm eating too much, its that I'm eating the wrong things...

Who knew that persimmons had tons of carbs in them?

I had 3 Medjool dates the other week and nearly lost my mind when I saw it was 65 freaking carbs.
