So far I'm still losing weight! I am still walking for a 50 to 60 minutes every morning on the treadmill and walking every chance I get. According to my tracker bracelet, I am walking between 5 and 10 miles each day. I'm eating pretty well, but still watching the empty carbs and portion size. My goal was 170 lbs which I reached at the end of September and I have been weighing myself each day (don't usually do that) and if the scale is to be believed, I am now 168!
