I'm not counting on that number to stay put. I'm out and about today so no IBS meds today, swell is sure to ensue. I will treat it tonight when I get home with a nice hot colon cleanse tea(its actually quite good). Stay healthy today.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

what kind of tea do you drink?

Usually moringa but lately a cranberry colon cleanse tea. I get it at Tuesday Mornings.
