Well here i go again, this time I truly believe that i will make it!!! Going to focus on how hard it is to get out of my chair, walk,get in n out of car, play with my grandkids n my 2dogs(wipe)ect... mabie that will help cause nothing else has 😣 wish i had a friend near by to help me on my ever so long journey 🤠 I remember when i weighed 130 n i was on a diet!!! What a joke !!! Im now 370 n hate how i cant stay on a good eating healthy plan 🍉🍇🍎🍊🍓🥦🥒🍽 im sad ☹️
