Back to logging everything I eat again. Fell off the wagon there for a while, didn't really gain any weight back, maybe a pound or two. Just been eating things I really shouldn't. Too much sugar, too much junk. Recording these things will help keep me on track. I need sugar detox, and QUICK! Been doing more exercise the past few weeks than over the summer, but not enough to keep up with the overeating and food cravings I find myself succumbing to lately.....New Goal, to get down to 115 by my birthday January 23rd. About 12 lbs to go...

Diet Calendar Entries for 06 September 2012:
