Had a bummer week. Have not lost any weight for 2 months. I just go up and down. I need to get back on track. Have had sugar cravings. .made Apple pie Nick
. Just going to have a piece of pie, then some ice cream. Goes from bad to worse. Our is now gone. Casino trip tomorrow and after I get through having the buffet, next week will be better. Hopefully!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
