Mood swings and headache all week. HORMONES! I am fighting the good fight though. I drove around for 20 mins today circling in on fast food. I finally opened my mouth (not to eat) and talked myself through it. I was not very nice about it-that will come with practice. Ended up at Trader Joe's and got a salad. I have no particular feeling about any of this right now, however, I think I may feel good about myself later....
