I haven't snacked today and haven't felt like doing so, either. I build in enough calories for two snacks a day, so maybe it's just not a "hungry" day. I've certainly been busy enough fighting fires at work to burn off any calories (pun intended).
146.1 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
