Almost hit the 20 pound mark but was delighted with my loss. AFter I got home from weigh in I felt a sore throat coming on, it went like a roller coaster till I ended up coughing, fever, aches and pains. Not a way to celebrate.
Didn't make the best of choices tonight. chicken noodle soup but had rice and noodles in it. Going to bed but have a smile on my face.
