made a low-carb bread with ground flaxseed, egg, baking soda & coconut oil. leftover zucchini & smoked sockeye salmon. Hope this fills me up, been ravenous all morning!

yummm!!!! How many carbs per serving in your bread?

Cody Rachel, using the ground flax seed its less than 1 net carb for that "half portion" you see there in the picture. I use the basic 90sec bread recipe but sub out the almond flour with the flaxseed. I have also used a mixture, that may up the carbs a bit, but flaxseed is an acquired taste!
