So I have been "missing from FS since June. It has been a difficult couple of months since we had a fire at our property. Although the house was spared plenty of yard "stuff" was lost in our yard as well as our neighbours. ( boat, shed, fencing, trees etc.) The whole episode was traumatic even though no one was hurt. Dealing with fire investigators as well as insurance agents is no fun. The stress of course stopped me from following my eating plan and I put on four kilos over the next four months.
The stress has abated somewhat as things are getting rebuilt and sorted ( I hate dealing with insurance!!). I am ready to get back onto my plan.
I have a big trip coming up next March and would like to reach my goal by then.
So... reboot number 2.
